SPECIFICATIONS AND ADVANTAGES OF FLEXYPAN DECORATIVE INSULATING PLATES AND TRIMMING ELEMENTS
• They are very light; they have easy transportation and application; they do not affect adversely static weight of building.
• They are the most economical decorative siding elements.
• They allow opportunity of design and they ensure structure to be in decorative and aesthetic appearance.
• Blocks with high density 26 kg/m3 EPS are used in Flexypan products; they provide high heat insulation. Their thermal conductivity is very low. (=0,031-0,035 W/Mk). System maintains making saving during its life time. Property of insulation does not change in time. It provides 60 % fuel saving. Heat bridges do not occur since plates cover entire structure with sole material without any clearance. Flawless thermal conduction is enabled.
• EPS is B1 class material in line with DIN 4102 in Flexypan brand products. It does not propagate flame.
• Flexypan used on the surface of product is plaster acrylic base and it is extremely durable and elastic due to used silica.
• Flexypan products do not get affected from water and humidity. They do not get wet practically since they have closed pores.
• Flexypan products are very durable when they are pressed.
• Flexypan products have a lifetime equal to building life time.
• Thickness of EPS used in production of Flexypan products does not get thinner; it remains fixed.
• Cracking does not occur in time on joint places of plates since locked system has been created on both side of Flexypan decorative insulating plates and heat bridges do not occur in time. Since Flexypan products are mounted into structure as embedded, all plates are working equally and no static and structural physics defects arising from application system occur systematically. On the other hand, since Flexypan decorative insulating plates are not anchored with lathes on the surface as different from other materials, working of such lathes as a result of expansion, condensation on back and sides of lathes (because insulating coefficient of lath is 9 folds more than insulation plate mounted to itself) and resistance losses as a result of beginning on insulating plates of lathes with nail or similar joint bars structural physics and static errors because of non-co-activation are not comprised on Flexypan plates.
• They are not hazardous to human health and environment.
• They do not require trashing and do not cause extra cost.
• Rotation of big angles is ensured at ease due to its flexible property.
• It can be painted to any color.
• Flexypan products are resistant to extraneous effects such as solar rays, cold-hot, rain, snow.
• Required quantities are delivered in the shortest time due to its production speed provided by high production technology.
• Their standard dimensions are 2000 mm. All kinds of different models can be produced on project-base apart from existing models.
• Application details can be easily solved due to its special Flexypan repair mortar provided with the products.
• Plates produced in the factory are not comprised of aggregation of 3-4 different products just in other products. Since they are comprised of one sole product, only mounting and painting works are in question. There is no need for plastering and net.
• It does not host insect and animal.
