Peg Application Technique
Plug application technique in Flexypan decorative insulating plates:
• Application and plug placement procedure should be accurate in order for ensuring continuous performance of heat insulation system.
• Plug in application procedure should be applied in a way which shall not be over joint points of two plates.
• Application procedure should be carried out by creating plug holders in 30-40 mm distances on joint and edge corners of plates.
• With this procedure, each plate is ensured to co-activate independently. That plates are co-activated in distributed load ensures more resistant and flawless system by preventing cracking against subsidence of building and likely earthquake.
• Type, dimension and number of plug are determined according to surface properties, height of structure, settlement location of structure and type of insulating board.
